Eloor, north of Kochi on the Periyar, is described as Kerala's largest industrial belt, with large chemical and fertiliser plants such as FACT's Udyogamandal complex and many smaller units around them. Each large plant relies on a network of local contractors for maintenance, fabrication, cleaning, logistics and shutdown work.
Contractors working inside such plants carry a heavy documentation load: worker identity and training records, medical fitness, gate passes, work permits issued by the plant, toolbox talks, incident reports and job completion records. When these live in paper files and phone galleries, expired documents slip through and compiling records for an audit takes days.

Entries can be saved on the phone and synced when a connection is available, if site rules allow phone use.
Can clients log in to see our records?
Optionally, yes. A client view can show only the records for that client's contracts.
