Online OP booking by department
Patients choose a department, doctor and session, and receive a confirmed slot or token.
Front-office and patient-communication systems for the hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres of Perinthalmanna, the Malappuram-district town that patients from across Malabar travel to for treatment.
Perinthalmanna has grown into one of north Kerala's best-known healthcare centres. Alongside the government district hospital it has several large private and cooperative hospitals and a medical college, and the Kerala Police describe the town as having sixteen hospitals in all. Business journalists have called it a healthcare hub for patients from neighbouring districts and from families working in the Gulf.
That concentration creates a specific operational problem. Many outpatients come from Palakkad, Kozhikode, Wayanad or the Nilgiris border, often by bus, and arrive early to secure a token. Specialists' schedules change, reports are collected in person, and relatives abroad phone repeatedly for updates. Much of this front-office work is still handled at a counter and over the phone.
We build focused web applications for that front office: booking, queues, schedules, reports and referrals. We do not replace a hospital's clinical or billing system; we connect to it where it allows integration and keep patient data handling deliberate and minimal.

Screens in waiting areas and a mobile view so patients can wait outside the crowded hall.
Leave, surgery days and changed OP timings published once and reflected everywhere.
Lab and imaging reports released to the patient by OTP-verified link, not a shared WhatsApp group.
Record which clinics, doctors and medical camps send patients, and follow up on each referral.
Structured callback requests for family members in the Gulf, routed to the right desk.
Observe a full morning OP session to see where patients wait and why.
Decide what the new system stores and what stays in your hospital software.
Start with a single busy OP, such as orthopaedics or paediatrics.
Short sessions per shift so nobody is left with an unfamiliar screen.
Roll out only after the pilot's queue times and errors improve.
Appointment records, phone numbers and test reports are personal data, and health details are among the most sensitive information a business can hold. India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 sets out obligations for collecting and processing personal data with consent, and patients reasonably expect their reports not to circulate on shared phones.
We design for that from the start: collect only what each workflow needs, restrict staff access by role, log who viewed or released a report, set retention periods with you and host the application on infrastructure you control or approve. Where you plan to connect with national health-ID systems, we scope that integration separately with your hospital software vendor.
Patients arrive closer to their slot instead of hours early.
Schedules and report status are visible without phoning the hospital.

No. Most hospitals already have billing and clinical software. We build the patient-facing and front-office layer around it, and integrate where your vendor provides an interface or export.
Yes. Counter staff issue tokens in the same system, so walk-in and online patients share one queue, and token numbers can be sent by SMS.
Reports are released individually through a one-time verified link or patient login, access is logged, and links expire after a period you choose.
Yes. A single-doctor clinic may need only booking and a token display; a diagnostic centre may need only report delivery. We scope to what you actually run.
We visit for the observation and pilot launch where useful; the rest of the project runs from our Thrissur head office by phone, video and online reviews.
